Ian holds the Diploma in Financial Planning from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
Following a long career in the City of London, Ian has practiced as a financial adviser for several years. Prior to working as an IFA, Ian worked in the money markets for 25 years, which he believes provides him with a valuable wealth of economic knowledge and adds broad ‘hands-on’ experience of the greater financial services world to complement and enhance his advisory skills.
Ian’s business philosophy is that his client’s best interests are always paramount. To achieve this purpose, Ian takes a holistic approach to financial planning and wealth management, which aims to ensure that his client’s financial needs and objectives are fully met on a long-term basis.
Ian is married to Nicki and has two children, Jessica and Jamie. He is heavily involved as a coach in his local rugby club and is a keen skier.
